Support is provided under a S-SaaS model.

Smart-Software as a Service allows us to offer the best of two worlds.

Firstly, the SaaS solution is delivered from a secure ISMS 27001-accredited data-centre promising security, resilience, and 99.999% guaranteed uptime.

Secondly, the Smart component involves the use of an intelligent connector and a local PC-cache to provide 100% operation at remote sites. All aspects of the solution are monitored on a continuous basis using SNMP-tools. We monitor hardware, connections, firewalls and the software components such as databases, web-services and also the loads on the system. Error-messages are logged, reported and actioned. Disaster Recovery is included together with storage and back-up such that critical information is held securely and made available as required to a distributed user-base.
